Finnish Minerals Group's Annual General meeting 2022
Decisions on changes to the Board of Directors were taken at our Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 4 April 2022.

Olavi Huhtala was appointed as a new member and Vice Chair of the Board of Finnish Minerals Group. In his primary job, Huhtala is a member of the Group Executive Committee at SSAB and the Executive Vice President & Head of SSAB Europe. Janne Känkänen’s term of office in the Board of Directors came to an end. Känkänen has acted as the Chair, and later as the Vice Chair, of the Board since the company’s establishment in 2015.
In addition to the Board composition, sustainability and remuneration and other statutory matters were dealt with at the General Meeting.
The Annual Report 2021 was published on 31 March 2022, and it also contains information on remuneration.
