Finnish Minerals Group subscribes to shares in Sotkamo Silver
Our holding in Sotkamo Silver remains at the same level as before the share issue.

FINNISH MINERALS GROUP has subscribed to 895,317 shares in Sotkamo Silver AB’s public share issue. The shares are valued at EUR 112,093.69. The subscription keeps Finnish Minerals Group’s holding in the company at approximately two per cent.
Sotkamo Silver’s business concept is to develop and exploit mineral deposits in the Nordic countries by taking into account societal and environmental requirements. The company’s main project is Silver Mine which started production in Sotkamo, Finland in March 2019.
The share issue, which was organised in April–May 2020, was oversubscribed.
