THE UPDATES to the Finnish Minerals Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility Policy are based on the company’s three key themes for responsibility: social impact, a responsible value chain, and responsibility for the environment and climate. The document also highlights the company’s commitment to universal human rights, in accordance with the principles of the UN and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.

The company has also introduced the elimination of discrimination and the diversity of work community in its Code of Ethics. To prevent corruption, employees, including management, are required to report abuses or suspicious activities either to their own supervisors or through the company’s feedback channel.

These documents are available on the company website and will replace their previous iterations, which were published in 2019.
