The Annual Report 2025 of Finnish Minerals Group published
The financial statements of the company were approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 31 March 2026.

By decision of the Annual General Meeting, Jan Mattlin was appointed as a new member of the Board of Directors. Ilpo Korhonen, who has served as a Board member since 2019, stepped down from the Board. The company thanks Ilpo Korhonen for his valuable contribution to the development of the company.
The Annual Report covering the operations of the company and the Group has been published on our website. The report includes

The sustainability report has been prepared applying the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
