Jukka Ohtola appointed to the Board of Directors

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Finnish Minerals Group has elected Jukka Ohtola as a member of the company's Board of Directors. He serves as a Ministerial Adviser in the Ownership steering department of the Prime Minister's Office.

In other respects, the composition of the Board will remain unchanged.
